Refund policy

Overview

At Graffiti Printing, most of our products are custom-made and printed specifically for each customer. Because of the personalised nature of these products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


Custom Printed Products

All customised and personalised products (including branded apparel, signage, stickers, promotional items, or any product printed with your artwork or design) are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after ordering

  • Incorrect sizes selected by the customer

  • Spelling mistakes or design errors approved by the customer

  • Colour differences between screen previews and printed products

  • Artwork or files supplied incorrectly by the customer

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving artwork before printing begins.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will gladly resolve the issue.

Examples include:

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Printing error caused by our production process

  • Product damaged during delivery

In such cases we may:

  • Reprint the order at no additional cost

  • Replace the product

  • Offer a partial or full refund where appropriate


Reporting a Problem

If you experience any issue with your order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

To report a problem, contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the defect or damage

Failure to report the issue within the specified time may result in the claim being declined.


Returns

If a return is approved, the item must:

  • Be unused

  • Be returned in its original condition and packaging

  • Include proof of purchase or order number

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by Graffiti Printing.


Refund Process

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before artwork approval or before production begins.

If design work has already started or production has begun, cancellation may not be possible or may incur partial charges to cover work already completed.


Policy Updates

Graffiti Printing reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
