Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment has been received and confirmed.

Because many of our products are custom printed, production will only begin once:

  • Payment has been successfully received, and

  • Artwork or design has been approved by the customer.

Production times may vary depending on the product and order size. Typical production time is 2–5 business days, but larger or more complex orders may take longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped via a trusted courier partner.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major Cities: 1–3 business days

  • Regional Areas: 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and your location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order size.

From time to time, Graffiti Printing may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a tracking number via email or SMS so that you can monitor the delivery status of your parcel.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • High seasonal demand

  • Public holidays

  • Unforeseen logistical issues

Graffiti Printing cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order.

Graffiti Printing will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, additional shipping fees may apply.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel and provide clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product.

We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Local Collection (If Applicable)

Local collection may be available for customers who wish to collect their orders directly.

Customers will be notified once their order is ready for collection.
